To keep your jewel in excellent condition:
- Clean it gently using mild soap and warm water. Soak, brush softly with a soft toothbrush, rinse and dry with a soft cloth.
- Avoid wearing it while bathing, working out, swimming (pool or saltwater), using sauna/steam rooms, or doing high-impact activities.
Chemicals, sweat, heat, and rough contact can dim your sparkle — and we want your fire to last.
ENOIRA WARRANTY POLICY
Each ENOIRA piece is crafted with precision, intention, and its own spark of fire. We stand behind every one of them.
No Returns, Only Exchanges
All our sales are final — we don’t do returns. But we do offer exchanges if:
• You request it within 5 calendar days of purchase
• The piece is unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging
• The piece is not a custom design or a modified order
30-Day Warranty for Manufacturing Defects
We offer a 30-day warranty that covers:
• Loose prongs or diamonds
• Missing pavé stones
• Broken chains, jump rings, or faulty clasps
• Defects in the resin or finishing materials
This warranty does not cover:
• Damage from misuse, impact, or exposure to chemicals (perfume, chlorine, alcohol, etc.)
• Normal wear and tear (scratches, tarnish, twisted chains)
• Cracked stones
• Sizing issues
• Lost or stolen jewelry
Please note:
• Silver may oxidize with time — it’s natural, not a flaw.
• If your warranty has expired, we’re still happy to help with repairs. Just reach out for a custom quote.
