Avoid Impacts
Every ENOIRA piece is handmade. A strong hit or fall can damage the setting, structure, or stones. Take it off before any high-impact activity (yes, even dancing like crazy counts).

Keep It Dry
Avoid wearing your piece while showering, swimming, working out, or in saunas/steam rooms. Humidity and sweat can alter both metal and gemstone finishes.

Protect It from Chemicals
Perfume, hairspray, creams, alcohol, cleaning products — all of them can damage your piece. Always put on your jewelry last.

Store It Solo
Keep it in its ENOIRA pouch or box. Don’t mix it with other jewelry — friction causes scratches and dullness, even on hard stones.

Clean Gently
Use lukewarm water with mild soap and a soft toothbrush. Rinse and dry with a soft cloth. Use the polishing cloth included if your piece has silver.

Respect the Aging
Silver may oxidize. Gold can get micro-scratches. Gemstones may lose shine with time. It’s natural. You decide whether to embrace the patina or give it a professional refresh.

Evita Golpes
Cada pieza ENOIRA está hecha a mano. Un golpe fuerte puede dañar el engaste, la estructura o las piedras. Quítatela antes de hacer ejercicio o cualquier actividad intensa (sí, incluso bailar como loca).

Mantenla Seca
Evita usar tu joya al bañarte, nadar, hacer ejercicio o en lugares húmedos como el vapor o la regadera. El sudor y la humedad alteran tanto metales como piedras.

Protégela de Químicos
Perfumes, cremas, sprays, alcohol, productos de limpieza — todos pueden dañarla. Ponte la joya al final, como toque final.

Guárdala Sola
Usa tu pouch o caja ENOIRA. No la apiles ni la mezcles con otras joyas — la fricción puede rayar incluso las piedras más duras.

Límpiala con Cariño
Agua tibia, jabón suave, un cepillito delicado. Enjuaga y seca con un paño suave. Si tiene plata, usa el trapito especial que te incluí.

Acepta su Envejecimiento
La plata se oxida. El oro se micro-raña. Las gemas pueden perder algo de brillo. Es normal. Tú decides si lo vives como historia… o prefieres devolverle su brillo con ayuda.

No Returns, Only Exchanges

All our sales are final — we don’t do returns. But we do offer exchanges if:

• You request it within 5 calendar days of purchase

• The piece is unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging

• The piece is not a custom design or a modified order

30-Day Warranty for Manufacturing Defects

We offer a 30-day warranty that covers:

• Loose prongs or diamonds

• Missing pavé stones

• Broken chains, jump rings, or faulty clasps

• Defects in the resin or finishing materials

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage from misuse, impact, or exposure to chemicals (perfume, chlorine, alcohol, etc.)

• Normal wear and tear (scratches, tarnish, twisted chains)

• Cracked stones

• Sizing issues

• Lost or stolen jewelry

Please note:

• Silver may oxidize with time — it’s natural, not a flaw.

• If your warranty has expired, we’re still happy to help with repairs. Just reach out for a custom quote.

No Aceptamos Devoluciones — Solo Cambios

Todas nuestras ventas son finales. No aceptamos devoluciones.

Sí aceptamos cambios si:

• Lo solicitas dentro de los 5 días naturales posteriores a la compra

• La joya está sin uso, en perfecto estado y en su empaque original

• No es una pieza personalizada ni modificada a tu solicitud

Garantía de 30 Días por Defectos de Fabricación

Tu joya ENOIRA está cubierta por 30 días si presenta:

• Piedras sueltas o engastes flojos

• Pavé incompleto o caído

• Cadenas, aros o broches rotos

• Defectos en la resina o en los acabados

No cubrimos:

• Daños por uso inadecuado, golpes o químicos agresivos (perfume, cloro, alcohol, etc.)

• Desgaste natural (rayones, oxidación, cadenas torcidas)

• Piedras rotas

• Problemas de talla

• Pérdida o robo

Importante:

• La plata puede oxidarse con el tiempo — no es un defecto, es parte de su esencia.

• Si tu garantía ya venció, también podemos ayudarte con reparaciones. Escríbenos para cotizar.
